CPC stops supplying Mihin Air

The Chairman of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) Ashantha de Mel said that CPC had suspended the supplying of fuel to the Mihin Air. The reason for the suspension is, Mihin Air purchasing fuel exceeding the value of the bank guarantee provided to the CPC by it.

The bank guarantee provided by the Mihin Air is worth of Rs. 20 million, but the amount of fuel obtained has reached to Rs. 50 million now. A discussion is to be held next week between the two companies regarding the problem

I don't see what needs to be sorted out. They either pay their bill or they stop supplying. Lets wait and see what happens.
