Sripathi to sit in the opposition...???

Now that his ally Mangala is on a re-instating position of his previous ministry post, Sripathi has come to a climax in his political career. There are clear rumours that he will be sitting in the opposition in a future parliamentary session, and to be joining the UNP in reply to the favour of Mr. K. N. Choxy being his defendant in the trials.

Former minister Sripathi Suriarachchi, who was freed on the 30th of April after being remanded for over a couple months, is planning to file a case against the DIG of the CID Prathapasinghe, ASP Gajasinghe, CI Vishwanadan and IP Induka de Silva, who has apparently written a statement which Sripathy did not make at the CID, asking compensation for the hazard they caused him by making false and baseless charges.

Suriarachchi said that his lawyers will carry the letters of demand to all those respective persons asking for a sum of 500 million from each of them.

Meanwhile he also said that he would send letters of demand to the Lake House, Dinamina Editor and journalist who wrote the article under the headline "Sripathy's disciple a tiger" and the Upali group of companies and its editor asking a sum of 500 million rupees from each of them, for publishing articles that tarnishes his image.

He also said that he was still receiving death threats after being freed by the Avissawella Magistrate stating that there was no base to file such a case.

Wonder how the Avissawella courts was able to release him while the Aluthkade couldn't...

Mr. Negative Positive & Unable Tarzans

Recently some political characters have become clowns in the political drama. There are many but the most talked ones are Mr. Economic Specialist or well known Mr. Bandula Gunawardane whom I respect just only for tutoring Economics for thousands of students free-of-charge. While Mr. Gunawardane was in the opposition (still he claims to be in UNP) there were serious economical down-falls in this country. The dollar becoming stronger with respect to the rupee, government not giving the benefits of fuel prize going down in the world market, printing money to pay salaries, and many more complex economical theories which was actually true until today.

President Mahinda Rajapaksha ruined Mr. Gunawardane’s political career the same way he did with any other UNP MPs who crossed over in the recent cabinet restructure. He gave the appropriate ministry to Mr. Gunawardane whom criticized it most during his opposition career. Now Mr. Gunawardane has become a cat who shitted on a rock. He can’t hide it anymore. Now he has to tell the people why the prices go high and all stuff he’d have never dreamt of.

The same goes with people like Mr. Laxman Yapa Abeywardane, Mr. Gamini Lokuge, Mr. Rajitha Senarathne (who talk shit all the time whether he’s in the government or the opposition. He once talked about Prof: G. L. Peiris just after his wedding that his wife will soon leave Prof: Peiris due to the fact of ending his hormones) and poor soon to be UNP leader in his dreams, Mr. Karu Jayasuriya. Actually all of these MPs couldn’t win their seats for Ranil in the presidential elections. Karu lost by 30,000, Laxman by 30,000, Rajitha by 10,000 and many more. (You’d ask about Keheliya. But Keheliya did not win the seat. It’s Chandana Suriyabanadara who did it).

How the hell they’re gonna stop this sinking government???

Air force on alert ... ???

Recent LTTE air strikes has caused our people to look in to the sky and identify any suspicious air crafts and call "116". Now the question here is , if people are supposed to watch the sky, do we need an Air Force. I am not insulting our Air Force or I am not having anything bad against them. The thing is Gotabhaya Rajapaksha who has failed as the defense secretary twice in a row is still secured in the job and the Air Force & the so called "Indian RADAR" system is to get the blame.

Just after the attack, SLRC proudly announces that the SLAF has bombarded some identified targets including the "Iranamadu" run-away. And for god's sake do the government expects us to believe that there's still an LTTE airport in "Iranamadu" ??? It has been clearly understood that "Iranamadu" run-away is a dummy or fake to misguide our Air Force. So, why the hell this stupid government insults our Air Force which has served and secured this country for so long.

The Air Force commander, should be ashamed of himself for his poor actions of securing this in-valuable governments' fraud being the proud son of former Commander Oliver Gunathilake and being the commander of the proud SLAF.
